This form is intended as a means for members of the public to provide information on suspected drug activity within the Batesville Police Department area of jurisdiction.  If you have a tip for a location outside of the City of Batesville, please contact the appropriate agency.  For those wishing to remain anonymous, you may leave your contact information blank; however, providing additional information is extremely valuable to investigations, and we appreciate the opportunity to work with you.  Providing detailed, accurate information will greatly assist investigative efforts.

Security and Confidentiality

This webform will be submitted and stored with encryption in order to protect yours and others' personally identifiable information (PII).  Should your information lead to criminal charges, it may be used as evidence in court, and you may be summoned to testify as a victim or witness.  Otherwise, information will be subject to release pursuant to Arkansas state law and Batesville Police Department policy as explained on our FOIA Request page.
